For hosts
Partnership Terms
A few minutes’ reading. We want you to know exactly how we work together, with no small print.
This is an English translation of the Greek text. If the two differ, the Greek text prevails.
1. How we work together
As a host on AgroVino, you post and manage the experiences you offer yourself. You remain responsible for how they are run, their quality and their safety, just as you would be on your own estate.
2. Account approval
Every new account is reviewed before your experiences appear publicly. You can fully prepare your profile and experiences right after signing up, without waiting. They become visible to travelers as soon as your account is approved, usually very soon.
3. Accurate information
Make sure that all the information you give (descriptions, prices, availability, photos) is accurate, and that you have the necessary rights or licences for the activity you describe.
4. Commission
A commission applies to every completed booking, only once online payment is enabled; until then you are not charged anything. The exact rate that applies to you is shown on your dashboard, and you confirm it explicitly before anything is activated. It does not change without prior written agreement with you.
5. Right to remove
We reserve the right to remove or temporarily deactivate an account in case of inaccurate information, complaints from travelers, or failure to follow these terms. Our aim is a trustworthy environment for everyone.
6. General Terms of Use
These terms supplement the platform’s general Terms of Use, which apply equally. Read them here.
The above is a short summary. Our partnership is governed by the private partnership agreement we sign with each host. If anything here differs from the agreement, the agreement prevails.
