Welcome visitors to your estate
List your tastings, tours or workshops on AgroVino, and visitors book online for the days and times you've opened.
Bookings open in November 2026. Set up your experiences now so they're ready on day one.
You don't have to be a winery
If people can visit you where you work, AgroVino is for you. For example:
- A winery offering tastings or vineyard walks
- An olive grove or mill, with oil tastings or olive picking
- A farm that welcomes families with children
- A workshop where visitors make something themselves, such as olive-oil soap
- A tasting of cheese, honey or other local produce
What it costs and how you get paid
- There's no sign-up fee.
- We take a commission only on completed bookings, and only once online payment is switched on. Until then, you pay nothing.
- You'll see your rate in your dashboard and confirm it yourself before anything is switched on. It doesn't change unless we've agreed it with you in writing first.
- Payments go through Stripe. The money goes to your own Stripe account and from there to your bank; we keep only our commission.
What you set for each experience
- Your price, days and times, and how many people you take each time.
- A minimum group size, if one or two guests isn't worth your while.
- How much notice you need before a booking.
- Whether guests can cancel for free, and up to when: 24 or 48 hours before.
Once a booking is made, it stands.
You can't cancel it from your side, and visitors know that. That's why they book with confidence, with you and every other producer on AgroVino. If a real emergency comes up, talk to us and we'll handle it.
How it works
- 1Create your host account.
- 2Set up your experience step by step, with photos, a description and a price.
- 3Open the days and times you can host in your availability calendar.
- 4We review your account and, once it's approved, your experiences go live. You don't have to wait for approval to get your experiences and calendar ready.
When someone books, they automatically get a confirmation and reminders before the visit. Your dashboard shows who's coming today and in the days ahead. Each experience page has room for an English description, so visitors from abroad can read it too.
Who you'll be talking to
AgroVino was started by Dimitris. If you'd like to ask anything before signing up, email him at hosts@agro-vino.com and he'll reply himself.
Common questions
- Do I have to write my listing in English?
- Not necessarily. Each experience has fields for Greek and English, and the English ones are optional. If you leave them empty, visitors from abroad see your Greek description.
- What do I need to get paid?
- Your business and bank details, which you enter in Stripe.
- Do I need permits?
- We can't give legal advice, so check with your accountant or the relevant authority. As our host terms say, you are responsible for permits and for your visitors' safety.
- What if a visitor doesn't show up?
- If they didn't cancel within the free-cancellation window you set, they don't get a refund.
