What we offer Atmospheric wine tasting: a tasting of our premium wines (such as Assyrtiko, Mavrotragano, Nykteri and Vinsanto), made in a limited number of bottles and aged in ideal conditions in our underground caves. Tour of the pre-industrial museum: a living journey through the island's history in our old canava from 1861, the original raki distillery and the traditional tomato factory. Art in the gallery: permanent and temporary exhibitions of painting and sculpture by distinguished Greek and international artists, set uniquely inside our cave tunnels. Authentic cave architecture: our spaces are carved into Santorini's natural pumice and lava, giving them unique acoustics, a steady winemaking temperature and an unmatched aesthetic. Three worlds in one: we are the only place on the island where high-quality modern winemaking lives alongside a living museum of farming history and a pioneering art gallery. The limited-edition philosophy: we focus on top quality, detail and small production, while keeping our family, authentic and welcoming character. We are in the traditional, quiet village of Exo Gonia in Santorini, a central spot inland that offers easy access and the calm you need, away from the busy tourist centres.
